Free coffee, lattes, and hot chocolate!!

The Chatty Squirrel has your pick-me-up.
The nutty-healthy restaurant near 96th Street and Giles Road in La Vista is offering free lattes, coffees and hot cocoas from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. every Monday until further notice.
"Everybody's so stressed out," said restaurant owner M.J. Zaremba. "We just wanted to do something to cheer them up."
The eatery has a drive-through, so you don't even have to get out of your car.
The Squirrel also recently added some hot lunch entrees to its sandwich, soup and salad lineup. Zaremba said the emphasis is on comfort foods, such as macaroni and cheese or baked couscous.

If you have a Ben and Jerry's close by they are doing free ice cream on voting day. See they're web site for more info. I don't believe Omaha has one...correct me if I'm wrong. Love your Blog! Looking forward to my hot chocolate.
I heard about the Ben and Jerry's deal, but unfortunately one of the worst things about Omaha is that the nearest Ben and Jerry's is in Kansas City three hours away! But I hope all of you who live near one take advantage of your coffee, donuts, and ice cream!
